YOUR FAMILY VACATION DOESN'T NEED TO BECOME ANOTHER PROJECT
You already have enough things to manage.
Give me 30 minutes to understand your family, what you need from this trip, and what you want it to feel like. From there, I can take the planning off your plate.
I help busy families choose the right vacation, then handle the research, reservations, and details that turn a good idea into a trip that's actually ready to take.

GIVE ME THE TRIP. GET IT OFF YOUR LIST.
You can absolutely plan your own family vacation.
The question is whether you want to spend your evenings, weekends, and whatever scraps of free time you have figuring it out.
Your vacation shouldn't be another unfinished task sitting in the back of your mind. My job is to understand what your family needs, make the recommendations, and move the trip forward.
YOU DON'T NEED ANOTHER PROJECT
You already have work, school schedules, appointments, activities, and everything else that keeps your family moving. Vacation planning does not need to become your newest part-time job.
YOU DON'T NEED TO BECOME THE EXPERT
You shouldn't have to learn an entire destination, compare every hotel, understand every room category, and decipher airline schedules just to take your family somewhere great.
That's already my job.
YOU NEED THE RIGHT TRIP
I narrow the possibilities, tell you what is worth your time and money, and recommend the trip that actually fits the way your family travels.
30 MINUTES. THEN I TAKE IT FROM THERE
The first step is simple. Tell me about your family, what you're hoping for, what matters, and what absolutely does not work for you.
From there, there are two ways we can work together.
01
THE CONSULT
We spend about 20-30 minutes talking through your family, your trip, your priorities, and what you need from the vacation.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.
02
THE RECOMMENDATION
I take what you've told me and determine the destination, property, and planning approach that makes the most sense for your family.
No giant comparison spreadsheet. No homework assignment disguised as a proposal.
03
THE PLAN
Once we've agreed on the right approach, I handle the research, reservations, coordination, and major logistics. You'll know what I'm recommending, why it fits, and what happens next without having to manage the entire process yourself.
THE RIGHT HOTEL ISN'T ALWAYS THE FANCIEST ONE
I don't recommend destinations because they're trending or hotels because they have the most stars.
I look at things that determine whether your family will actually enjoy being there: room setup, location, transportation, food, built-in activities, kids' programs, service, downtime, and whether the property makes your days easier or gives you more to manage.
Sometimes the right answer is an incredible resort.
Sometimes it's a Residence Inn with a separate bedroom and free breakfast.
The goal isn't to impress anyone.
The goal is to come home thinking, "That was exactly what we needed."
CALM UNDER PRESSURE IS MY DEFAULT.
SIOBHAN REESER — FORMER PARAMEDIC, CURRENT TRAVEL SPECIALIST.
Before travel, I worked as a Paramedic in high-pressure environments where clear thinking, fast decisions, and staying calm mattered every single day.
That same mindset now shapes how I plan travel. I pay attention to the details that affect how the trip actually works, make clear recommendations, and deal with problems without turning them into your problem.
WHY CLIENTS TRUST ME WITH THE TRIP
I AM THE FILTER. Google can show you every hotel in Boston. My job is to tell you which one makes sense for your family.
I THINK AHEAD. I notice the connection that's too tight, the room that won't actually give you privacy, and the itinerary that's going to leave everyone exhausted by day three.
I KEEP IT DIRECT.If something isn't worth your money, doesn't make sense, or isn't the right fit, I'll tell you.
YOU'VE BEEN MEANING TO PLAN THE TRIP LONG ENOUGH.
You could spend another Saturday comparing hotels, saving TikToks, and telling yourself you'll figure it out when you have more time.
Or you can give me 30 minutes, tell me what your family needs, and let me move the trip forward.
You don't need more time to plan a vacation.
You need the right person to take it from here.
Consultations are complimentary and typically last 20-30 minutes. We'll talk through your trip, what matters most, and how I can help. You'll receive a clear recommendation and a planning-fee quote afterward.
