I'll ask about who's traveling, what your family enjoys, how you like to travel, what has worked or hasn't worked before, and what you need this vacation to accomplish.
We'll also talk about timing, priorities, and the practical details that will help me determine what kind of trip makes sense.
You don't need to bring a spreadsheet, research, or a perfectly defined budget.

Once I understand what you're considering, I'll recommend the planning approach that makes the most sense for your trip.
For most families, that means Full-Service Planning. I'll handle the research, recommendations, reservations, coordination, and major travel logistics so you don't have to manage every detail yourself.
If you're using hotel points, loyalty benefits, military discounts, or other booking arrangements that make handling your own reservations more practical, I may recommend a Personalized Travel Plan instead.
Either way, you won't need to figure out which service to choose from before we talk. I'll explain my recommendation and provide a clear planning-fee quote after our conversation.
