We'll also talk about timing, priorities, and the practical details that will help me determine what kind of trip makes sense.
You don't need to bring a spreadsheet, research, or a perfectly defined budget.

After I understand your trip, I'll recommend the planning approach that makes sense and provide a clear planning-fee quote.

I figure out the trip. You handle the bookings.
I'll create a Personalized Travel Plan with recommended accommodations, activities, practical planning guidance, and trusted booking resources.
This is particularly useful when you're booking with points, loyalty benefits, military discounts, direct-booking benefits, or simply prefer to manage your own reservations.
FULL-SERVICE PLANNING
Hand me the trip. I'll handle it.
I'll manage the research, recommendations, reservations, coordination, and major travel logistics so you don't have to find the time to do it yourself.
You stay involved where your input matters without becoming the project manager for your own vacation.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CALL?
Within 24 hours, I'll send you a recap of our conversation with my recommendation for how we should approach your trip and the planning fee involved.
Then you decide whether you'd like to move forward.
No planning begins and no fee is charged simply because we talked.
