You don't need to research destinations before we talk. You don't need a spreadsheet of hotels, a finished itinerary, or a perfectly defined budget.
You just need to tell me about your family.
I'll ask the questions that help me understand what actually matters: how you like to travel, what everyone enjoys, what makes a vacation harder, how much downtime you need, and what would make you come home thinking, "That was exactly what we needed."
STEP 1: THE CONSULT
We start with a complimentary 20-30 minute conversation.
You tell me who's traveling, what you're considering, what matters to your family, and anything you already know you want or don't want.
You do not need to have the trip figured out before you call me. Figuring it out is part of what you're hiring me to do.
STEP 2: THE RECOMMENDATION
After our conversation, I'll recommend the planning approach that makes the most sense for your trip and provide an estimate of the planning fee.
Once you've decided to move forward, I'll get to work researching the destinations, accommodations, transportation, and experiences that fit your family's priorities. Instead of handing you ten options to sort through, I'll present the recommendation I believe is the best fit and explain why.
STEP 3: I HANDLE THE DETAILS
Once you've approved the recommendations, I'll handle the reservations, confirmations, and coordination included in your planning agreement.
I'll keep your travel information organized so you know what's booked, what comes next, and where to find the details you need. You'll stay involved in the decisions that matter without having to manage every moving piece yourself.
WHAT YOU'RE REALLY HANDING OFF
The obvious answer is research and reservations. The more important answer is responsibility.
You're handing off remembering that the airport transfer still needs to be booked. You're handing off figuring out whether the room configuration actually works. You're handing off checking whether an excursion fits the arrival schedule, keeping track of confirmation numbers, and wondering what you haven't thought of yet.
With Full-Service Planning, I become the person keeping the trip moving. I'm tracking the reservations, timelines, and details so you don't have to keep a mental checklist of everything that still needs to happen.
You get to look forward to the vacation instead of managing another project.
HOW I DECIDE WHAT'S RIGHT FOR YOUR FAMILY
I don't recommend destinations because they're trending or hotels because they have the highest star rating.
I look at how the vacation will actually function once you're there.
That means considering room configuration, location, flight schedules, transportation, food options, built-in activities, how much driving is involved, your family's energy level, and whether the pace makes sense.
A beautiful hotel that makes every day harder isn't a good recommendation.
Neither is the cheapest flight if it costs you half the first day of your vacation.
My job is to notice those tradeoffs before you spend the money.
The goal isn't the most impressive trip.
It's the one that fits your family.

Confirmations, important details, payment timelines, and travel information organized in your itinerary portal.
FLIGHTS & TRANSPORTATION
SUPPORT WHILE YOU TRAVEL
Flight recommendations and booking, airport transfers, rental cars, rail, and other transportation when they're part of the trip.
If something changes or goes wrong while you're traveling, you have someone who already knows your trip and can help determine what happens next.
ACTIVITIES & EXPERIENCES
Experiences selected around your family's interests, ages, energy levels, and realistic itinerary pacing.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
I'll provide travel insurance options and the information you need to make an informed decision about coverage.
DINING & OTHER RESERVATIONS
Restaurant reservations and other advance arrangements when they're useful to the trip.
THE INVESTMENT
Planning fees pay for something that is increasingly hard to manufacture more of: your time and attention.
You're not paying because you couldn't technically book a hotel or buy an airline ticket yourself. You're paying for professional judgement, research, recommendations, organization, and, with Full-Service Planning, someone else taking responsibility for moving the trip from idea to departure.
Most Full-Service Planning projects have a planning fee of approximately $325, depending on the trip's scope and complexity. After our complimentary consultation, I'll provide a clear planning-fee quote before you decide whether to move forward. If a different planning approach would better serve your needs, I'll explain that recommendation during our conversation.
