ABOUT REVISIONS
Your planning fee includes one personalized proposal based on our consultation.
If, after reviewing the proposal, you decide the destination or overall direction is not the right fit, I can revise the plan and provide a new recommendation. This counts as a major revision.
Major revisions include changes such as:
• Destination changes
• Resort or region changes
• Significant changes to travel dates or season
• Changes to the overall structure of the trip
Major revisions are intended for changes in direction, not side-by-side comparisons. The planning process includes one proposal at a time. If you decide the recommended destination or trip design is not the right fit, we can move in a different direction using one of your included revisions.
Minor adjustments do not count toward your revision limit. Examples include:
• Changing between comparable properties in the same area
• Room category changes
• Activity additions, removals, or substitutions
• Date refinements
• Preference-based adjustments
If a hotel or resort change requires substantial changes to the routing, transfers, activities, flights, or overall trip design, it may be considered a major revision.
